We currently ship to the UK only

At the moment, we can only deliver to UK customers. We apologise to European and International customers; if you would like to purchase (or even wholesale) Ashwapet in your country, please click on the contact us button here. Deliveries, Returns and Refunds

Delivery Costs

Postage and packing is free for UK orders. We ONLY send by tracked/signed for services, usually using a recognised courier. Currently we use DHL or Royal Mail first class signed-for small packet services.

Delivery Timings and Issues

We are only a small business and cannot offer 24/7 levels of service, but we will still strive to deliver your purchase to you as soon as we can; in some cases this will be the next working day but it could take 2-3 days for your item to arrive. No responsibility can be accepted for delivery to an incorrectly submitted address or if the delivery is not clearly signed for by the purchaser. If your order has not arrived within three working days, please check with a neighbour and in your usual 'safe places' then contact us so we can investigate.

Cancellations and Returns

We will only allow cancellations to orders that are paid for, but not shipped, in EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES and a cancellation fee of 10% may apply (to cover payment fees and admin/restocking costs). Contact us as soon as you can if you wish to cancel.

If you cancel the order AFTER products have been dispatched or you have received them, you MUST return them to us. You have 28 days to tell us that you wish to cancel the order and return the product back to us, preferably unopened, from the date of delivery.

You can return the products:

  • If they are faulty or mis-described.

  • If you are cancelling the order because we have told you of an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so because of something we have done wrong.

  • If you have changed your mind or no longer want them.

We will not cover the cost of returns if you have simply changed your mind, but we will cover up to £3.95 in shipping fees if the products are faulty or mis-described, although you must process the return within 28 days of the order.

You must post them back to us, including your proof of purchase, to Ashwapet, Springers, School Road, Pentlow, Essex, CO10 7JP. You must send the products as soon as possible after telling us you wish to cancel the order.

Please ensure the products are packed adequately to prevent damage in transit.


If you are entitled to a refund under the cancellation/refund terms above, we will refund the price you paid for the products by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price as described below.

  • We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.

  • Your refund will be made within 5-10 working days from the day we receive the product(s) back or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product(s) back to us.

  • In all other cases, your refund will be made within 14 days of you telling us you have changed your mind. 

In the event of a lost or undelivered products you must contact us via email or telephone within 28 days of your order confirmation email. Any orders reported as lost or undelivered after the given 28-day period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

This does not affect your existing statutory rights.
